Registration and profile management
Travel counsellors must register for themselves through the official YQB+ website: plus.aeroportdequebec.com.
To be eligible, travel counsellors must fill in every field of the registration form:
First name
Last name
Email address

Mailing address:

Travel counsellor certificate number (CCV)

Preferred language of communication

RL-1 and T4A slips will be sent to you at the end of each year for your tax return.
The information provided can be changed afterwards by contacting the YQB+ program manager.
Travel counsellors must include their business email address in the registration form, as program communications will only be sent by email.
Travel counsellors can only have one YQB+ account.
Aéroport de Québec Inc. will verify the information provided by travel counsellors before creating the account. Once the request is approved, agents will receive their login information for the prepayment platform by email. Please allow 10 business days to receive your login information.
Travel counsellors’ profiles are valid for two years after their last sale. After this period, their profiles will be deleted. Travel counsellors will then need to use the registration form to create a new profile if they wish to make new transactions.
YQB+ members may request that their profile be deactivated by contacting the YQB+ program manager.
Password management
YQB+ members can retrieve or change their password using the link on the homepage of the prepayment platform.
Calculation and payment of rewards
Aéroport de Québec Inc. calculates rewards on a quarterly basis (March, June, September, and December of each year).
Travel counsellors who are members of the YQB+ program receive a 15% cash reward on the prepayment of parking and a 15% reward on the sale of VIP Lounge passes at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB).
These conditions do not apply to temporary promotions. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion for more details.
To receive their rewards, agents must complete transactions on the airport’s prepayment platform using their username and password. Rewards are calculated only from prepayments made through this platform. No reward will be paid for prepayments made otherwise.
Rewards are calculated on the products and services used by passengers. Aéroport de Québec Inc. can verify this information since the electronic terminals that grant access to the parking lots and the VIP Lounge identify which codes are used.
Rewards will not be paid on products and services that have been cancelled or refunded by passengers or the travel counsellor.
Rewards will be paid by direct deposit on the 15th day of the month after rewards are calculated. The travel counsellor can change the mailing address by contacting the YQB+ program manager.
Cancellation, modification, and refund
Passengers may cancel their prepaid parking and VIP Lounge passes up to two hours before their scheduled arrival. To do so, they will need to contact their travel agent. The agent must then cancel the transaction on the prepayment platform.
The travel counsellor can cancel or change the prepayment up to two hours before the arrival time indicated in the transaction.
Tax receipts
At the end of each fiscal year, Aéroport de Québec Inc. will send RL-1 and T4A slips to all YQB+ members.
Each YQB+ member is responsible for taking the income listed on these statements into account when filing their income tax returns.

Use of your personal information
Aéroport de Québec Inc. may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or if the company believes in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or a legal process; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Aéroport de Québec Inc.; or (c) act under urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of YQB+ users, users of the airport’s website, or the public. Finally, your information will be used for tax reporting purposes.
Personally identifiable information collected by Aéroport de Québec Inc. is recorded and processed in Canada.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website, and in the event that we need to investigate illegal or fraudulent use of our server.
Security of your personal information
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have set up a variety of physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to save and protect the information we collect online.
User data is stored in this website’s content management system. The website has an SSL (short for Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. SSL certificates are a type of digital certificate that provides authentication to a website and allows for an encrypted connection. They are commonly used on e-commerce sites and pages that require users to submit personal or credit card information. This type of certificate lets the customer know that the web service host proved ownership of the domain to the certification authority at the time the certificate was issued. This authentication process can be compared to sealing a letter in an envelope before mailing it. By ensuring that all data transmitted between the two parties remains private and secure, SSL encryption can help prevent hackers from stealing private information such as credit card numbers, banking information, names, and addresses.
All fields filled in by the travel counsellor in the registration form are validated. In addition, a digital honeypot mechanism is built in to prevent bots from looking for loopholes in the form. The data on the form will not be sent by email under any circumstances. Only the website administrator can view the form data through a secure administration portal. Social insurance numbers are encrypted. Only an administrator of Aéroport de Québec Inc. can view them in order to create the necessary documents for tax returns.
Use of cookies and web beacons
Pages on the YQB+ site may contain electronic images that are web beacons (sometimes referred to as single-pixel GIFs) that allow our partners to calculate data about visits to those pages. Web beacons are not used to access personally identifiable information on Aéroport de Québec Inc.’s sites and applications. They are used to compile statistics about the use of the YQB+ website. Web beacons only collect a limited amount of information: a cookie number, the date and time a page was accessed, and a description of the page on which the web beacon appears. Facebook pixels allow us to perform ad retargeting for people who have visited the site. We also collect data through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to create campaigns with Google Ads (an ad creation and management tool) and target visitors to specific page(s) of our website or the website in general.
For the most part, these cookies and pixels allow Aéroport de Québec Inc. to understand how users navigate the site in order to improve the user experience and provide visitors with personalized offers.
When the travel agent or travel agency gives its consent on the forms provided for this purpose, it is enrolled in the newsletter program.
Disclosure and receipt of personal information
You authorize Aéroport de Québec Inc. to disclose to third parties the information you have provided, or the information Aéroport de Québec Inc. has obtained about your YQB+ account only: (i) to agents and licensees, such as independent auditors, consultants, or attorneys; or (ii) to comply with orders or requests from government agencies or a court. By participating in the YQB+ program, you allow Aéroport de Québec Inc. to collect and use non-personalized marketing information linked to visits on and purchases from e-commerce sites.
Changes to policies and conditions
Aéroport de Québec Inc. will update its policies and conditions from time to time to reflect customer and company feedback. The policies and conditions on this web page take precedence over other sources of information.
