The YQB+ program is exclusively for travel counsellors and travel agencies.
When registering, travel counsellors must indicate, among other things, which travel agency they work for.
Travel counsellors must provide their Social Insurance Number (SIN).
Each travel counsellor can only have one YQB+ account.
Travel counsellors who want to become members of the YQB+ program must complete the registration form.
Applications are checked manually. An Aéroport de Québec Inc. agent will ensure that all the fields on the form have been filled in, that the information is accurate, and that the applicant is a travel counsellor in good standing. An agent will contact you to complete your profile.
When all the information provided is complete and valid, a username and password will be emailed to the travel counsellor.
Travel counsellors who are members of the YQB+ program may change their personal information by contacting the YQB+ program manager.

Passengers may cancel or modify their prepaid parking access up to two hours before their scheduled time of arrival. To do so, they will need to contact their travel agent. The agent must then cancel or modify the access on the prepayment platform.
Aéroport de Québec Inc. calculates rewards on a quarterly basis (January 1st to March 31st, April 1st to June 30th, July 1st to September 30th and October 1st to December 31 st of each year).
Travel agents who are members of the YQB+ program receive a 15% cash reward on the prepayments of parking at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport.
These conditions do not apply to temporary promotions. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion for more details.
To receive their rewards, trvel agents must complete transactions on the airport’s prepayment platform using their username and password. Rewards are calculated only from sales made through this platform. No reward will be paid for sales made in other ways.
Rewards will be calculated on the products and services used by passengers. Aéroport de Québec Inc. can verify this information since the electronic terminals that grant access to the parking lots identify which codes are used.
Rewards will not be paid on products and services that were cancelled or refunded by passengers or the travel agent.
Rewards will be paid by direct deposit to the travel agent around the 15th day of the month following the reward calculation (end of the quarter).

Yes, it is mandatory to write your customer's email address in the form you fill out for the prepayments. The email address allows YQB to track the transaction if the customer contacts the airport directly or needs assistance while at YQB.
The YQB+ program is exclusively for travel counsellors and travel agencies.
The travel agency must provide its legal company name and hold a valid IATA number.
Travel agency must be registered. IATA, GST and QST numbers are required on the registration form.
Each travel agency may have only one account for the payment of its rewards.

The travel agency member of YQB+ receives a cash reward of 15% on the rewards (15%) of its YQB+ member travel agents who have sold parking prepayments on the transactional platform of the Québec City Jean-Lesage International Airport.
To obtain cash rewards and make the travel agency eligible for its own cash rewards, the travel agent must use his/her user code and password on the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport prepayment platform. Rewards are calculated on sales made through this platform only. No rewards will be paid for sales made outside this platform.

No. Everyone earns their own reward, and registering an agency does not reduce the cash reward of the travel agents.
Travel agents who are members of the YQB+ Rewards Program can make prepayments for their own needs through the travel agent transactional platform. By accessing the platform using their travel agent login information, they use their discounted client rates and earn their rewards on their own visits.
