YQB+
Who can register?
  • The YQB+ program is exclusively for travel counsellors.

  • When registering, travel counsellors must indicate, among other things, which travel agency they work for.

  • Travel counsellors must provide their Social Insurance Number (SIN).

  • Each travel counsellor can only have one YQB+ account.

How do I register?
  • Travel counsellors who want to become members of the YQB+ program must complete the registration form.

  • Applications are checked manually. An Aéroport de Québec Inc. agent will ensure that all the fields on the form have been filled in, that the information is accurate, and that the applicant is a travel counsellor in good standing.

  • If the information provided is complete and valid, a username and password will be emailed to the travel counsellor.

How do I change my contact information?
How does online parking prepayment work for my customers?
How do I refund customers?
  • Passengers may cancel their prepaid parking and VIP Lounge passes up to two hours before their scheduled arrival. To do so, they will need to contact their travel agent. The agent must then cancel the sale on the prepayment platform.

How will my rewards be calculated and paid?
  • Aéroport de Québec Inc. calculates rewards on a quarterly basis (March, June, September, and December of each year).

  • Travel counsellors who are members of the YQB+ program receive a 15% cash reward on the prepayment of long-term parking (7 days or more) and a 15% cash reward on the sale of VIP Lounge passes at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport.

  • These conditions do not apply to temporary promotions. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion for more details.

  • To receive their rewards, counsellors must complete transactions on the airport’s prepayment platform using their username and password. Rewards are calculated only from sales made through this platform. No reward will be paid for sales made in other ways.

  • Rewards will be calculated on the products and services used by passengers. Aéroport de Québec Inc. can verify this information since the electronic terminals that grant access to the parking lots and the VIP Lounge identify which codes are used.

  • Rewards will not be paid on products and services that were cancelled or refunded by passengers or the travel counsellor.

  • Rewards will be paid by direct deposit to the travel counsellor on the 15th day of the month following the reward calculation (end of the quarter).

  • In order to pay these commissions, Aéroport de Québec Inc. requires the travel counsellor's social insurance number, a void cheque, date of birth and full mailing address. The travel agent can modify this information by contacting the person responsible for the YQB+ program.

When will my rewards be paid?
  • Aéroport de Québec Inc. calculates rewards on a quarterly basis (March, June, September, and December of each year).

Why is the reward paid directly to the travel counsellor and not to the agency?
  • In the process of creating the YQB+ reward program, Aéroport de Québec Inc. identified and implemented the request from travel counsellors to be directly and fully rewarded for their efforts. The program is brand new and will evolve over the next few years based on the evolution of passenger traffic and feedback received.

Is it mandatory to enter my customer's email address in the prepayment process?

Yes, it is mandatory to write your customer's email address in the form you fill out for the parking and lounge access prepayment. The email address allows YQB to track the transaction if the customer contacts the airport directly or needs assistance while at YQB.

Do travel counsellors have access to discounts?

Travel counsellors who are members of the YQB+ Rewards Program can purchase accesses to the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med under their own name in the travel counsellor transactional platform. By accessing the platform using their travel counsellor login information, they use their discounted client rate and earn their reward on their own visit. Travel counsellors can use the same process for their parking prepayment.
